We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals are still in place.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal outlet.
Get Processed
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your store credit or refund.
